Heldigvis er det s\u00e5dan, at\u00a0i\u00a0mange situationer bliver sundhed og klima forenet. Nogle gange opfylder det begge dele,\u00a0og nogle gange er det mest sundheden,\u201d forklarer Anne Dahl Lassen og uddyber for de enkelte kostr\u00e5d.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201dAnbefalingerne om fuldkorn er\u00a0f.eks. hovedsageligt\u00a0sundhedsbaseret. Hvis vi kigger p\u00e5 \u00e6g, er der ikke sundhedsm\u00e6ssig evidens i forhold til hvad m\u00e6ngderne af \u00e6g skal v\u00e6re, s\u00e5 anbefalingerne om\u00a0to\u00a0\u00e6g\u00a0om ugen\u00a0er\u00a0lavet ud\u00a0fra et klimam\u00e6ssigt hensyn. Hvis\u00a0f.eks.\u00a0de \u00e6ldre ikke kan f\u00e5 det til at h\u00e6nge sammen\u00a0med\u00a0at spise 100 gram b\u00e6lgfrugter om\u00a0dagen, ville jeg som di\u00e6tist r\u00e5de\u00a0dem\u00a0til at spise flere proteiner p\u00e5 anden vis.
