Hvis stillesiddende tid ikke kan undg\u00e5s, b\u00f8r man \u00f8ge m\u00e6ngden af moderat til h\u00e5rd fysiske aktivitet.<\/p><p>Anbefalingerne konkluderer \u2013 for alle m\u00e5lgrupper &#8211; at al slags bev\u00e6gelse t\u00e6ller positivt med \u2013 herunder hverdagsbev\u00e6gelse som fx g\u00e5ture, cykling, havearbejde og reng\u00f8ring. Lidt bev\u00e6gelse er altid bedre end slet ingen bev\u00e6gelse. Men det er vigtigt, at man tilpasser belastningen efter sit niveau og bygger gradvist op.<\/p><h3>Generelle anbefalinger til borgere med kronisk sygdom<\/h3><p>S\u00e6rligt er det interessant, at der nu gives generelle anbefalinger til en r\u00e6kke s\u00e6rlige m\u00e5lgrupper \u2013 herunder borgere med kronisk sygdom.<\/p><p>Det er s\u00e5ledes p\u00e5vist, at fysisk aktivitet forbedrer helbredet for mennesker med isk\u00e6misk hjertesygdom.<\/p><p>For type ll diabetes er der blandt voksne h\u00f8j evidens for, at fysisk aktivitet kan reducere risikoen for hjerte-kar-sygdom og d\u00f8d. For forh\u00f8jet blodtryk er der en h\u00f8j evidens for, at man gennem fysisk aktivitet kan neds\u00e6tte blodtrykket og risikoen for udviklingen af hjerte-kar-sygdom.<\/p><p>Anbefalingerne er mindst 150 \u2013 300 minutters fysisk aktivitet ved moderat intensitet eller mindst 75 \u2013 150 minutters h\u00e5rd fysisk aktivitet ugentligt. Der b\u00f8r indg\u00e5 styrketr\u00e6ning for alle store muskelgrupper mindst 2 gange ugentligt, og 3 gange ugentligt b\u00f8r der v\u00e6re tr\u00e6ningstyper, som involverer balancetr\u00e6ning.
