Det er startet op i 2019 og skal udbredes til de danske fodboldklubber i l\u00f8bet af 2020 og 2021.<\/p><p>M\u00e5ls\u00e6tningen er at f\u00e5 startet \u2019Fodbold for Hjertet\u2019 op i minimum 10 kommuner og mindst 30 hold i l\u00f8bet af den tre\u00e5rige projektperiode med mindst 800 borgere i m\u00e5lgruppen.<\/p><p>\u2019Fodbold for Hjertet\u2019 l\u00e6ner sig op ad konceptet \u2019Fodbold Fitness\u2019, der er udviklet i Danmark af en forskergruppe p\u00e5 SDU. \u2019Fodbold Fitness\u2019 som koncept har f\u00e5et en stor udbredelse i Danmark, hvor det nu findes som sportstilbud i 450 ud af 1600 klubber.<\/p><p>\u2019Fodbold Fitness\u2019 best\u00e5r af fodbold\u00f8velser i sm\u00e5 grupper p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 baner. Man starter med en grundig skadesforebyggende opvarmning efterfulgt af fodboldbold\u00f8velser \u2012 ofte i par \u2012 og til sidst spil p\u00e5 en lille bane for eksempel fire personer mod fire eller fem mod fem. De sm\u00e5 baner og tr\u00e6ningsformen g\u00f8r, at alle er i ber\u00f8ring med bolden.<\/p><p>Via en tr\u00e6neruddannelse bliver tr\u00e6nerne kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5 med den n\u00f8dvendige viden i forhold til at h\u00e5ndtere tr\u00e6ningen for patienter med hjerte-kar-sygdomme. B\u00e5de i forhold til den tr\u00e6ningsm\u00e6ssige del og den sundhedsfaglige del. Det er i mange tilf\u00e6lde sundhedsfagligt personale, som videreuddannes til tr\u00e6nere. \u2019Fodbold for Hjertet\u2019 tr\u00e6neruddannelsen bygger oven p\u00e5 \u2019Fodbold Fitness\u2019 tr\u00e6neruddannelsen.<\/p><p>Indsatsen bliver evalueret ved en deltager sp\u00f8rgeskemaunders\u00f8gelse efter 12 ugers deltagelse og en evaluering via fokusgruppe interview af de involverede parters deltagelse \u2012 klubber, kommuner, lokale hjerteforeninger og DBU.<\/p><p>Tanken er, at tilbuddet skal v\u00e6re permanent i de enkelte klubber, efter projektperioden udl\u00f8ber ved udgangen af 2021.<\/p>                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-712eec9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-faktaboks\" data-id=\"712eec9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"faktaboks.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"hf-standard-width-container\">\n            <div class=\"faktabox-base bg-primary\">\n                <div class=\"faktabox-title hf-header-m \">\n                    Forskningsresultater \u2013 motionsfodbold som medicin                <\/div>\n\n                <div  >            \n                    <p>1. Motionsfodbold i 12-26 uger i 2\u00d71 time om ugen:<\/p><p>\u2013 s\u00e6nker blodtrykket med 11\/7 mmHg for 30-75-\u00e5rige med mildt-til-moderat forh\u00f8jet blodtryk, hvilket svarer til succesfuld pillebehandling mod forh\u00f8jet blodtryk (1).<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00f8ger konditallet med 3,5 ml\/min\/kg svarende til 11% (2). Dette kan svare til en 40% reduktion i risikoen for hjertekarsygdomme.<\/p><p>\u2013 s\u00e6nker fedtmassen med 1,7 kg og niveauet af LDL-kolesterol med 0,2 mmol\/l, mens muskelmassen stiger med 0,5 kg (1).<\/p><p>2. Motionsfodbold i 2\u00d71 time om ugen:<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00f8ger hjertets funktion, herunder elasticitet, p\u00e5 3-4 m\u00e5neder, og skaber positive effekter p\u00e5 hjertets struktur og dimensioner p\u00e5 6-12 m\u00e5neder (3).<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00f8ger knoglet\u00e6theden i benene med 1-5% og knoglet\u00e6theden i hele kroppen med 1-2% p\u00e5 4-12 m\u00e5neder (3).<\/p><p>3. Motionsfodbold i 2-3\u00d71 time om ugen har positive effekter for mandlige og kvindelige pr\u00e6diabetes- og type-2 diabetes patienter p\u00e5 kondital, blodtryk, langtidsblodsukker og knoglet\u00e6thed i ben og hofteregion (3,4).<\/p><p>4. FC Prostata spillere (mandlige spillere med prostatakr\u00e6ft), der har spillet fodbold i 5 \u00e5r, har st\u00e6rkere knogler end da de startede, selvom de er blevet 5 \u00e5r \u00e6ldre, og har v\u00e6ret i antihormonbehandling i 5 \u00e5r (Uth et al. 2108, SJMSS).<\/p><p>5.
